Nebula Cotton Candy Pastel (NCC) is like NSS, but instead of fine pearl, we add white. It is not shiny nor silver. It’s a creamy pastel reminiscent of cotton candy with some beautiful pale pinks, blues, and purples. #donteatthepasta ;-P
