Diamondback nozzle for Prusa Nextruder system

This is a regular flow nozzle, not a high flow nozzle, meant for Prusa Nextruder systems only i.e. MK4, MK4S, XL, and CORE One. Unsure? Please get in touch.

This is not a diamond coating or diamond-like coating. The entire tip is made from polycrystalline diamond grown under high temperature and pressure. Developed from the oilfield exploration industry where extreme wear resistance and durability are required. PCD has the highest wear resistance, highest thermal conductivity, and lowest coefficient of friction amongst nozzle materials today.

Get this nozzle if you print a lot of abrasive materials, or PETG or CPE and are tired of dealing with random blobs of filament clumping on the nozzle and falling onto and ruining your print. You may also lower the nozzle temperature as compared to using brass.

Care instructions: if the nozzle gets clogged, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE A BUTANE TORCH TO CLEAR IT. You will permanently damage the nozzle by burning it away.
