There are 2 components in this kit: the belt tensioner (right side only), and the belt tensioner pulley (left and right). These parts are printed from Prusament PCCF.
The modified belt tensioner allows you to have a square gantry by adjusting the offset with a additional M3x18 screw (not included).
The modified belt tensioner pulley features heat-set inserts from CNC Kitchen so that the M3 screws do not stretch and experience galling even at high belt tensions. These brass inserts offer strength and are 100% cadmium- and lead-free. These parts are printed with 100% infill to maximize strength.
